◆ Working principle:

When not in operation, a single-acting valve is in a normally closed or normally open state due to the spring force. When the actuator piston is acted upon by compressed gas, it overcomes the spring force, and the valve opens or closes. The double-acting form is completely controlled by compressed gas to open and close the valve. By changing the flow direction of the compressed air, the opening and closing control of the valve is achieved. The positioner will monitor the valve position in real time based on the input 4-20mA signal using the position sensor, and adjust the action of the pneumatic actuator through the electrical control system and microprocessor to accurately reach and maintain the required opening position of the valve, so as to achieve precise flow control.

◆ Technical parameters:

Pressure range: The pipeline pressure is generally Max 1.6mpa -2.5MPa, and the control pressure is usually between 0.3MPa and 0.8MPa.

Medium temperature: Generally, it is -30 ℃ to 180℃, and the high-temperature type can reach -30 ℃ to 300℃.

Ambient temperature: Usually -10 ℃ to 80℃.

Valve body and valve core materials: Commonly used are 304, 316, and 316L stainless steel.

Sealing material: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is mostly used.

Actuator housing: Generally made of polyamide or stainless steel.
