◆ Working principle:
When the air source enters the pneumatic actuator through the air pipe, the pneumatic actuator generates thrust, causing the valve stem to rotate 90 degrees along the axis, achieving the opening and closing of the valve. The sealing ring ensures the sealing performance when the valve is closed. The signal feedback function is achieved by installing limit switches on the valve. When the valve reaches the fully open or fully closed position, the limit switch is triggered and feeds back an electrical signal to the control system, informing the valve of its current position status.

Pressure range: Generally 0-16bar.
Medium temperature: Usually between -10 ℃ and +180℃.
Ambient temperature: Generally -10 ℃ to +60℃.
Valve body material: Commonly used are stainless steel 304 and 316.
Sealing material: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is mostly used.
Actuator housing: Generally made of polyamide.
Control pressure: usually between 3 and 8bar.

It is widely applied in industries such as beer, textile printing and dyeing and bleaching, pharmaceutical and medical equipment, food processing, rubber machinery, organic and inorganic chemical engineering, cleaning and disinfection, high-temperature sterilization, and water treatment. It is suitable for occasions where the medium is water, liquid, neutral gas, water vapor, slightly corrosive gas and liquid.
