The working principle of the three-piece quick-installation ball valve is that the valve stem is driven to rotate by the driving device (such as manual operating handle, pneumatic or electric actuator), and the valve stem then drives the ball to rotate around the axis. When the through hole of the sphere is aligned with the axis of the pipe, the valve is in the open state and the medium can pass through the valve smoothly. When the sphere rotates 90° so that the through hole is perpendicular to the pipe axis, the sphere completely cuts off the pipe, and the valve is in a closed state, preventing the medium from flowing.
