The pneumatic tank bottom valve is a common fluid control device, usually installed at the bottom of the tank for sampling, drainage, etc. It can also be integrated for SIP/CIP. The working principle of the pneumatic tank bottom valve is to control the up and down movement of the valve core through a pneumatic actuator, thereby achieving the opening and closing of the valve and flow regulation. When the pneumatic actuator receives the control signal, it will drive the valve core to move downward, closing the valve. When the control signal disappears, the pneumatic actuator will drive the valve core to move upward, opening the valve.
